JadaTalks Presents: The Age of Internet Art

During Paris Art Week, JadaTalks presents a conversation on The Age of Internet Art. The internet is the only platform an enterprising artist needs to sell their works in the 21st century. Beyond graphic design, many artists now create both digital art pieces and artwork that references internet culture. Furthermore, many young artists today are digital natives that have always lived in a hybrid socialization structure that incorporates both online and in person interaction- making internet culture a universal reference point for this new generation of artists. Tune in on October 23, 2020 at 9 AM EST to hear from our guest speaker and co-sponsor of The Jewish Art Salon Yona Verwer and co-founder of Jada Dana Blickensderfer during this online and live streaming art conversation.

A Dutch-born, New York-based, multimedia artist. Published in the NY Times and the New Yorker. Yona is the co-founder and director of the Jewish Art Salon, the largest contemporary Jewish visual arts organization and global network of artists and scholars aimed at providing important programs, resources, and lasting partnerships within the international art community and the general public.
