JADA was founded in 2019 as the academic branch of The Wandering Masters Art Salon. The WMAS started as an informal artist collective in 2015, being formally registered in 2018 as an entity to promote salon-style exhibits, social interactions, and creative partnerships within the art community. JADA had its debut during the 2019 Miami Art Basel Week as JADA Art Fair, which hosted an 8-day educational artist-in-residence program, the largest art summit of Miami Art Basel Week, an exhibit of 20 national and international artists, a 3-musician concert, an audience-participatory dinner, and an art workshop for dozens of families. JADA Art Fair took place in a 5.000 sq/ft space, converted specifically for the event which houses 4 large-scale immersive installations. Over 2000 guests attended JADA Art Fair for that year. As of 2020, JADA has become an arts organization with a presence in New York, Miami, and Paris.
